Jeremy Fitzgerald, also a night guard that was once a day guard, is Mike’s best friend. He has schizophrenia, causing him to hear voices, and when Mike asked him to help “take care” of a few party guests, he gladly accepted. Mike’s intent was to kill the children, yes, but Jeremy didn’t know that at first, not that it mattered. The voices in his head lead him to having the same intention, thinking the children were dangerous. When the children were dead, both Mike and Jeremy knew they had to think quite quickly or they would get arrested. Their solution was simple—the Bite victim’s father was Vincent so any person with good reasoning would think that Vincent was upset enough to do what they had done. They blackmailed him with this to have him clean up the mess. In a panic, Vincent did what he was told, regretfully, and put the bodies in the animatronic suits hoping they would be found quickly. When investigated, Mike and Jeremy blamed Vincent for everything and he was arrested.
